Art.12	ARTICLE XII: Withdrawal from Agreement
Art.12.1x	Any party may withdraw from this Agreement by written notice to that effect addressed to the other parties. Such withdrawal shall take effect twelve months after receipt of such notice. Withdrawal shall not, however, terminate the application of this Agreement in respect of any assistance commenced prior to the date on which withdrawal takes effect.
