Art.9	ARTICLE 9
Art.9.1	(1) Subject to the provisions of this Convention the Council shall draw up its own Rules of Procedure which shall be adopted by a two-thirds majority of the Contracting Parties.
Art.9.2	(2) English and French shall be the working languages of the Council.
Conc.1	FINAL CLAUSE
Conc.2	IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned being duly authorized have signed the present Convention:
Conc.3	DONE at Copenhagen this twelfth day of September 1964, in the English and French languages, both texts being equally authentic, in a single copy which shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of Denmark who shall forward certified true copies to all signatory and acceding Governments.
