Art.13	Article 13
Art.13.1x	The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe shall carry out the following secretariat functions:
Art.13.1x.a	(a) The convening and preparing of meetings of the Parties;
Art.13.1x.b	(b) The transmission of reports and other information received in accordance with the provisions of this Convention to the Parties;
Art.13.1x.c	(c) The performance of other functions as may be provided for in this Convention or as may be determined by the Parties.
