Art.3.7	7. Each Party shall, as appropriate, promote research programmes relating to the conservation and management of bats. Parties shall consult each other on such research programmes, and shall endeavour to co-ordinate such research and conservation programmes.
Art.5.2	2. At their meetings the Parties may establish such scientific and other working groups as they see fit.
