Art.19	Article 19
Art.19.1	1. A Secretariat is hereby established.
Art.19.2	2. The functions of the Secretariat shall include:
Art.19.2.a	a. Arrange for and service meetings of the Conference of the Parties and of other bodies established by this Agreement;
Art.19.2.b	b. Transmit to the Parties notifications, reports and other information received in accordance with this Agreement;
Art.19.2.c	c. Consider inquiries by, and information from, the Parties, and to consult with them on questions relating to this Agreement;
Art.19.2.d	d. Ensure the necessary co-ordination with other relevant international bodies and in particular to enter into administrative arrangements as may be required for the effective discharge of the Secretariat functions; and
Art.19.2.e	e. Perform such other functions as may be assigned to it by the Parties.
Art.19.3	3. The ASEAN Secretariat shall serve as the Secretariat to this Agreement.
